Whale Message is designed to work without an account. Subscription records you create are stored locally on your device. We do not operate an advertising or behavioral-tracking system.
1. Information you provide
You may enter service names, providers, notes, dates, prices, currencies, reminder rules, website addresses, icons, and related subscription details. This information is stored in the app’s local SwiftData database on your device.
2. Notifications
If you grant permission, the app schedules local notifications on your device. Notification content is generated locally. You can change or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
3. Icons, files, and network access
The app accesses a website only when you ask it to find a public website icon or open a link. Photos and files are accessed only through Apple system pickers after your explicit selection. Import and export happen only when you initiate them.
4. In-App Purchases
The Lifetime unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We use StoreKit transaction entitlements to determine whether the feature is unlocked. We do not receive or store your payment card number, Apple Account password, or complete billing details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
5. Analytics, advertising, and sale of data
The current version does not include third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not sell or rent your subscription records or personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you delete individual records, clear app data, or remove the app. Exported backups remain wherever you choose to save or share them. Deleting the app does not erase purchase history held by Apple.
7. Children
Whale Message is a general utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers.
8. Security and third-party links
We use Apple platform protections and minimize data collection, but no device or transmission method is completely secure. Links you open are governed by the destination website’s own policies.
9. Your choices and rights
Because app records are stored locally, you can access, edit, export, or delete them directly in the app. Depending on your location, mandatory privacy law may provide additional rights. Contact us if you believe we hold information about you outside your device.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised date on this page.

Whale Message 无需注册账户即可使用。你创建的订阅记录保存在设备本地。我们不设置广告或跨应用行为追踪系统。

获得你的授权后，应用会在设备本地安排通知。通知内容由设备生成，你可以随时在 iOS 设置中修改或关闭权限。
3. 图标、文件与网络访问
仅当你主动查找公开网站图标或打开链接时，应用才会访问相应网站。照片和文件只会在你通过 Apple 系统选择器明确选择后读取。导入和导出仅由你主动触发。
4. App 内购买
永久版通过 Apple App Store 与 StoreKit 完成。应用使用 StoreKit 交易权益判断是否解锁。我们不会接收或保存你的银行卡号、Apple 账户密码或完整账单资料。Apple 对购买信息的处理受其隐私政策约束。
5. 分析、广告及数据出售
当前版本不包含第三方广告 SDK 或跨应用追踪 SDK。我们不会出售或出租你的订阅记录或个人信息。
6. 保留与删除
本地记录会保留到你删除记录、清空数据或卸载应用。导出的备份由你选择保存位置。卸载应用不会删除 Apple 保存的购买历史。
7. 儿童
本应用是通用效率工具，并非面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会通过自有服务器故意收集儿童个人信息。
8. 安全与第三方链接
我们使用 Apple 平台保护并尽量减少数据收集，但任何设备或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。你打开的第三方网站适用其自身政策。
9. 你的选择与权利
由于记录保存在本地，你可以直接在应用内访问、编辑、导出或删除。所在地强制性法律可能赋予你其他权利。
10. 政策更新
当功能或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策，并在本页注明新日期。
