Whale Message works without an account. The subscription records you create stay on your device, and we do not operate an advertising or behavioral-tracking service.

Records on your device

Names, providers, dates, prices, notes, links, icons, and reminder settings that you enter are stored in the app’s local database. We do not receive a copy on our servers.

Permissions and network requests

With your permission, Whale Message schedules local notifications on your device. The app accesses a photo or file only after you select it through an Apple system picker. It may contact a website when you ask it to find a public site icon or open a link. JSON import and export happen only when you start them.

Purchases

Apple processes the Lifetime purchase through the App Store. Whale Message reads the StoreKit entitlement needed to unlock the purchase. We do not receive your card number, Apple Account password, or complete payment details. Apple handles purchase information under its own Privacy Policy.

Analytics, advertising, and third parties

The current version does not include third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics SDKs. Websites you choose to open and Apple services used by the app process information under their own policies.

Your controls

You can edit or delete individual records, clear all app data, and export a backup. Removing the app deletes its local database, subject to any device backups managed by iOS. Exported files remain wherever you chose to save or share them. App Store purchase history is controlled by Apple.
