These terms apply when you download or use Whale Message. Rights that cannot be waived under local law are not affected.

Using Whale Message

Whale Message is licensed for personal use under Apple’s Standard EULA and the applicable App Store rules. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

What the app does

Whale Message helps you organize subscription details and schedule reminders. It is not a payment processor or service provider, and it cannot guarantee that a notification will be delivered or that a third-party subscription will renew. Check critical dates directly with the provider.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, your backups, renewal decisions, and payments to third-party providers. Notification delivery can be affected by permissions, Focus modes, time zones, device settings, and system availability.

Free and Lifetime versions

The free version supports up to 10 subscription records. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase that removes this limit. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The App Store purchase sheet determines the final price, currency, tax, and purchase terms. Eligible purchases can be restored with the same Apple Account. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Third-party services

Whale Message may open websites or services that you choose. We do not control their content, pricing, availability, security, or policies.

Availability and liability

The app may be updated or changed to maintain compatibility, security, or legal compliance. To the extent permitted by law, Whale Message is provided as available, without a guarantee against missed reminders, service interruption, or data loss. We are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party charges caused by a missed renewal. Any liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.
