Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Whale Message. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If mandatory law in your location gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain in effect.
1. The service
Whale Message helps you record subscriptions and schedule renewal reminders. It is an organizational tool, not a payment processor, domain registrar, hosting provider, financial adviser, or guarantee that a third-party service will renew successfully.
2. License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under Apple’s applicable App Store terms. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate the rights of others.
3. Your records and responsibility
You control the information entered in the app and are responsible for its accuracy, lawful use, backups, renewal decisions, and payments to third-party providers. Notification delivery can be affected by device settings, Focus modes, permissions, system behavior, time zones, or device availability; maintain other safeguards for critical renewals.
4. Free version
The free version supports up to 10 subscription records. Existing records remain accessible if your entitlement or plan state changes, but adding further records may require deleting records or purchasing Lifetime.
5. Lifetime In-App Purchase
Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase that unlocks unlimited subscription records for the supported app. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Price, currency, taxes, Family Sharing availability, payment authorization, receipts, refunds, and restoration are controlled by Apple and your App Store account. The price shown by the App Store purchase sheet controls if it differs from marketing material. Purchases can be restored using the same Apple Account, subject to Apple’s rules. “Lifetime” refers to the supported commercial lifetime of this app and does not guarantee perpetual availability of every platform, device, or third-party service.
6. Third-party services and links
The app may display or open websites you provide. We do not control third-party content, pricing, availability, security, or policies and are not responsible for those services.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, fix, redesign, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the app. We will not intentionally convert the purchased Lifetime unlock into an automatically renewing charge.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that reminders will always be delivered, records will never be lost, or third-party services will remain available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, missed renewals, service interruption, data loss, or third-party charges arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and publish the updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

1. 服务性质
Whale Message 用于记录订阅并安排续费提醒。它不是支付处理商、域名注册商、主机服务商或财务顾问，也不保证第三方服务一定能成功续费。
2. 许可与合理使用
在 Apple 适用的 App Store 条款下，你获得个人、有限、非独占、不可转让的使用许可。不得滥用应用、干扰运行、在法律禁止的情况下逆向工程，或用于侵犯他人权利。
3. 你的记录与责任
你控制应用内录入的信息，并对准确性、合法使用、备份、续费决定及向第三方付款负责。通知可能受权限、专注模式、系统行为、时区或设备状态影响；关键续费请保留其他保障方式。
4. 免费版
免费版最多支持 10 个订阅记录。若权益状态改变，已有记录仍可查看，但继续添加可能需要删除记录或购买永久版。
5. 永久版 App 内购买
永久版是一次性非消耗型 App 内购买，用于解锁无限订阅记录，不会自动续费。价格、币种、税费、家庭共享、付款授权、收据、退款与恢复购买由 Apple 和你的 App Store 账户处理。若宣传价格与 App Store 付款页不同，以付款页为准。永久版可按 Apple 规则使用同一 Apple 账户恢复。“永久”指本应用受支持的商业生命周期，不保证任何平台、设备或第三方服务永久存在。
6. 第三方服务与链接
应用可能显示或打开你提供的网站。我们不控制第三方内容、价格、可用性、安全或政策，也不对其承担责任。
7. 可用性与变更
为维护安全、遵守法律或改进应用，我们可能更新、修复、调整或停止部分功能，但不会故意把已经购买的永久解锁改为自动续费收费。
8. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，应用按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不保证提醒始终送达、数据永不丢失或第三方服务持续可用。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用应用产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失、利润损失、错过续费、服务中断、数据丢失或第三方收费承担责任。法律禁止排除的责任不在此限。
10. 终止
你可以随时停止使用。为处理滥用、安全或法律要求，我们可能在合理必要范围内限制使用。按性质应持续有效的条款继续有效。
11. 条款更新
我们可能修订条款并公布新的生效日期。在法律允许范围内，继续使用表示接受更新。
